Great Place

We stayed at the Tranquil for eight nights. It was nice coming back to the house after long days at the parks to relax. My grandkids (and their parents) loved the movie and game room. The themed bedrooms are always a hit with the kids. Days we did not go to a park, we would spend in the pool or go to the waterpark at the resort for a few hours. The house had everything we needed and gave as a lot of space. This was the best house we’ve stayed in so far. The door alarm got stuck, but Jeeves came out and took care of it right away. Jeeves and the owners were very responsive and nice to deal with. We have been staying at the Encore resort over the last 7-8 years and have gone through Jeeves every time.
