Busch Gardens Tampa Bay
Every weekend plus select dates starting January 8th until March 6th from noon to park closing, Mardi Gras style and New Orleans-inspired music and entertainment will fill the spacious walkways while you try to catch festival beads from strolling performances.

Pop-Up Parade- The Bird Gardens will come to life with entertainers including stilt walkers and musicians.
Bead Garden-Stop by to catch classic Mardi Gras beads with your party.
Brass Band- Bourbon street beats and jazz classics.
Live Local Music- The music of New Orleans will be performed by local musical groups.

Sweet Beignets- Traditional powdered sugar, banana foster, and Woodford reserve chocolate drizzle.
Jackson Square- New impossible dirty rice and reimagined shrimp & grits.
Esplanade Street Bites- New smoked peppered brisket and smoked chicken po'boy.
Nola Creamery- New French Quarter chocolate amaretto cheesecake waffle cone and reimagined Mardi Gras waffle cone sundae and Bourbon Street cream and cookie.
SeaWorld Orlando
Beginning February 25th through March 6th, limited-time food, cocktails, entertainment, and live music will celebrate Mardi Gras as part of the Seven Seas Food Festival.
